Track all customer interactions and activities throughout the project lifecycle.

What are Activities?

Activities are records of interactions with customers and internal tasks:

  • Appointments - In-person or virtual meetings with clients
  • Phone Calls - Inbound, outbound, and scheduled calls
  • Emails - Correspondence sent or received
  • Tasks - To-do items and follow-ups
  • Automated Emails - System-triggered email communications

Quick Start

Log an Activity

  1. Open a project or contact
  2. Click Log Activity
  3. Select the category (Appointment, Call, Task, etc.)
  4. Add details and save

Schedule an Appointment

  1. Create a new activity
  2. Set the date and time
  3. Enable "Add to Calendar"
  4. The appointment syncs to your external calendar
