Design Stages

Required Permission
Company Setup - You must have the Company Setup permission to access this setting.

Configure the stages for your design workflow.

Overview​

Design Stages define the steps in your design process. Projects move through these stages as they progress from initial design through to design completion.

Accessing This Setting​

  1. Go to Settings > Project Stages > Design Stages

Configuration Options​

Stage Fields​

  • Stage Name - Display name for the stage
  • Order - Sequence in the pipeline (drag to reorder)

Common Design Stages​

  1. Design Pending
  2. Initial Design
  3. Design Review
  4. Revisions
  5. Client Approval
  6. Final Design
  7. Design Complete

Using Design Stages​

Stages are used for:

  • Tracking design progress through your pipeline
  • Filtering projects by design status
  • Managing designer workload
  • Design timeline reporting
  • Displaying projects on boards configured to show design stages
