Production Stages

Required Permission
Company Setup - You must have the Company Setup permission to access this setting.

Configure the stages for your production/construction workflow.

Overview​

Production Stages define the steps in your construction process. Projects move through these stages as they progress from project start through completion.

Accessing This Setting​

  1. Go to Settings > Project Stages > Production Stages

Configuration Options​

Stage Fields​

  • Stage Name - Display name for the stage
  • Order - Sequence in the pipeline (drag to reorder)

Common Production Stages​

  1. Pre-Construction
  2. Permitting
  3. Material Ordering
  4. Rough-In
  5. Inspections
  6. Finish Work
  7. Punch List
  8. Final Walkthrough
  9. Complete

Using Production Stages​

Stages are used for:

  • Tracking construction progress through your pipeline
  • Filtering projects by production status
  • Managing crew assignments
  • Production reporting
  • Client portal updates
  • Displaying projects on boards configured to show production stages
