Production Stages

Configure the stages for your production/construction workflow.

Overview​

Production Stages define the steps in your construction process, from project start through completion. These stages appear as columns on your Production Board and help track active project progress.

Accessing This Setting​

  1. Go to Settings > Project Boards > Production Stages

Configuration Options​

Creating Stages​

  • Stage Name - Display name for the stage
  • Order - Position in the pipeline (left to right)
  • Color - Visual identifier on the board
  • Description - Internal notes about the stage
  • Active Status - Enable or disable stages

Common Production Stages​

  1. Pre-Construction
  2. Permitting
  3. Material Ordering
  4. Rough-In
  5. Inspections
  6. Finish Work
  7. Punch List
  8. Final Walkthrough
  9. Complete

Stage Types​

  • Active Stages - Construction in progress
  • Hold Stage - Paused projects
  • Completion Stage - Project finished
