Dashboard Widgets

Readybuild provides 16 widget types to customize your dashboard. Each widget can be added multiple times with different filter configurations.

Sales & Revenue Widgets

Sales Pipeline

Visualizes your sales opportunities organized by pipeline stage.

What it shows:

  • Each sales stage as a column
  • Number of projects in each stage
  • Total dollar amount per stage
  • Weighted value (accounting for probability)

Use cases:

  • Monitor sales funnel health
  • Identify bottlenecks in your pipeline
  • Track deal flow through stages

Sales Performance

Displays sales performance metrics by team member.

What it shows:

  • Sales by team member
  • Comparison to goals
  • Performance trends

Use cases:

  • Monitor against targets

Sales Total

Bar chart comparing current sales against sales goals.

What it shows:

  • Current period sales total
  • Sales goal for the period
  • Visual comparison (bar chart)

Leads & Appointments

Infographic-style widget showing lead targets and appointment data.

What it shows:

  • Lead counts
  • Appointment counts
  • Progress toward targets

Open Leads

Lists open leads organized by team member.

What it shows:

Calculates and displays close rate performance.

Production Pipeline

Shows production workflow stages and project counts.

Displays purchasing backlog items with expandable detail view.

Weekly task calendar integrated into the main dashboard.

What it shows:

Team Member Filter

Filter data by specific team members:

  • Select one or more team members
  • Shows only data relevant to selected users
  • Useful for individual performance tracking

Division Filter

Filter by business division or opportunity type:

  • Shows data for selected division only
  • Useful for departmental views
  • Aligns with your company's division structure

Adding Multiple Instances

You can add the same widget type multiple times with different configurations. For example:

  • Sales Pipeline filtered to "This Month" + "John Smith"
  • Sales Pipeline filtered to "This Quarter" + entire team

Each instance maintains its own filter settings.

Widget Best Practices

  1. Don't overload - Start with 4-6 widgets and add more as needed
  2. Use filters wisely - Configure each widget for specific insights
  3. Group related widgets - Place similar widgets near each other
  4. Review regularly - Adjust your dashboard as your needs change
  5. Role-appropriate - Focus on widgets relevant to your job function
