Contracts

A contract in Readybuild is a legally binding document sent to customers for signature. Contracts formalize the agreement between your company and the client, including project scope, pricing, terms, payment schedules, and signature requirements.

Contract Workflow

Stage details:

  • Create Contract: From project or estimate
  • Configure Details: Estimates, payment plan, display options
  • Add Signees: Customer and internal signers
  • Send: Email to signees
  • Signatures: All parties sign
  • Complete: Contract executed
