Project Phases
Projects in Readybuild move through distinct phases as they progress from initial lead to completed job. Each phase has its own dedicated section within the project, accessible from the Project Phases dropdown in the project navigation.
Understanding Project Phases
| Phase | Description |
|---|---|
| Sales | Lead tracking, proposals, appointments, and closing activities |
| Design | Design tasks, drawings, selections, and approvals |
| Production | Construction scheduling, daily logs, and progress tracking |
| Warranty | Post-completion warranty tracking and service requests |
Phase Navigation
To access a project phase:
- Open a project
- Click on Project Phases in the navigation bar
- Select the phase you want to view
note
Some phases may be disabled depending on your project type. For example, Design phase is only available for full projects, not change orders.
Phase Progression
Projects typically move through phases in order:
- Sales Phase - Initial contact, estimating, and contract signing
- Design Phase - Detailed design work and selection finalization
- Production Phase - Active construction and project management
- Warranty Phase - Post-completion support and warranty claims
However, phases are not strictly sequential—you can access any enabled phase at any time.
