Equipment settings allow you to track company-owned equipment and tools. This inventory helps with scheduling, maintenance tracking, and resource allocation.
Accessing This Setting
- Go to Settings > Equipment
Configuration Options
Adding Equipment
- Equipment Name - Name or description
- Type/Category - Equipment category
- Serial Number - Manufacturer serial number
- Purchase Date - When acquired
- Purchase Price - Cost
- Condition - Current condition
- Location - Where it's stored
- Assigned To - Current user/project
- Active Status - In service or retired
