Marketing Outcomes

Define outcomes for marketing leads and opportunities.

Overview

Marketing Outcomes track what happens to leads after they enter your pipeline. These outcomes help analyze conversion rates and identify where leads are lost in the sales process.

Accessing This Setting

  1. Go to Settings > Marketing Outcomes

Configuration Options

Creating Outcomes

  • Outcome Name - Name of the outcome
  • Type - Won, Lost, or Other
  • Description - Details about this outcome
  • Active Status - Enable or disable

Won Outcomes

  • Contract Signed
  • Project Started
  • Repeat Customer

Lost Outcomes

  • Price Too High
  • Chose Competitor
  • Project Cancelled
  • No Response
  • Not Qualified
  • Timing Not Right
  • Budget Issues

Other Outcomes

  • On Hold
  • Referred Out
  • Future Opportunity

Using Marketing Outcomes

Outcomes are assigned when:

  • Closing opportunities as won
  • Marking leads as lost
  • Analyzing sales pipeline

Reporting

Track outcomes to understand:

  • Win/loss reasons
  • Conversion rates by outcome
  • Sales effectiveness
  • Improvement opportunities
