Manage all your contract-related documents in one place.

Contract Types

  • Service Agreements - Main project contracts
  • Change Orders - Scope modifications
  • Warranties - Product and labor warranties
  • Permits - Building permits and approvals
  • Insurance - Certificates of insurance

Uploading Contracts

  1. Go to project Documents tab
  2. Click Upload or drag files
  3. Select Contract as document type
  4. Add details and save

Contract Templates

Use templates to create consistent contracts:

  1. Go to Settings > Templates
  2. Upload your contract templates
  3. Generate new contracts from templates
  4. Customize for each project

Electronic Signatures

If e-signatures are enabled:

  1. Prepare document for signing
  2. Define signature fields
  3. Send to customer
  4. Track signing status
  5. Store signed copy automatically

Contract Organization

Keep contracts organized:

  • One folder per project
  • Clear naming conventions
  • Version numbers for revisions

Expiration Tracking

Track important dates:

  • Contract expiration
  • Warranty end dates
  • Permit renewal dates
