My Work

My Work is a personalized dashboard that gives Project Managers and Lead Remodelers a consolidated view of their assigned projects, daily tasks, and action items. Access everything you need for your active and upcoming jobs in one place.

What Is My Work?

My Work displays all projects assigned to you, organized by status. Each project appears as a card showing key information including:

  • Project details and contact information
  • Production stage and completion percentage
  • Today's scheduled tasks
  • Forms requiring completion
  • Recent notes and changes
  • Quick links to punch lists, work scopes, and selections

Who Can Access My Work?

My Work is available to users assigned as:

Other roles do not have access to the My Work feature.

Accessing My Work

Navigate to My Work from the main menu. The page displays your projects organized into tabs.

Understanding the Tabs

My Work organizes projects into three views:

Each tab shows a count badge indicating how many projects are in that category.

Reading Work Cards

Each project appears as a card with three main sections:

Card Header

The header always displays:

  • Contact Name - Click to view contact details
  • Project ID - Click to open the full project page
  • Project Title - The project name
  • Production Stage - Color-coded badge showing current stage
  • Completion Percentage - Visual gauge or progress bar showing percent complete

Card Body

The expandable body contains detailed project information:

Contact & Location

  • Project address (click to open in Maps)
  • Phone number (click to call)
  • Email address (click to send email)

Key Information

  • Contracted Finish - Target completion date
  • LSWP - Lead safe work practices status (Yes/No)
  • Open POs - Count of open purchase orders (click to view)
  • Open Permits - Count of open permits (click to view)

Scheduled Work

  • Today's Schedule - Tasks scheduled for today with links to the Gantt view
  • Upcoming Schedule - Future scheduled items
  • Forms to Complete - Forms requiring your attention

Notes & Changes

  • Recent Notes - Latest 3 project notes with options to add new or view all
  • Recent Changes - Audit log of recent project modifications

Working with Cards

Expanding and Collapsing

On mobile devices, card bodies are collapsed by default. Click Show Details to expand a card, or Hide Details to collapse it.

On desktop, cards display expanded with full details visible.

Quick Actions

From any work card, you can:

  1. Call the client - Click the phone number
  2. Email the client - Click the email address
  3. Get directions - Click the address to open Maps
  4. View scheduled tasks - Click any schedule item to open it in the Gantt chart
  5. Complete forms - Click a form name to open and submit it
  6. Add notes - Click "Add New" in the Recent Notes section
  7. Create a daily log - Click the green daily log button

Daily Logs

The Daily Log button at the bottom of each card allows you to:

  • Create a new daily log entry if none exists for today
  • View the existing daily log if you've already created one today

Daily logs capture your work activities, team assignments, weather conditions, and notes for each day on a project.

Filtering Projects

Use the tabs at the top to filter between:

  • All - See everything at once
  • Active - Focus on projects currently in progress
  • Upcoming - Plan for projects starting soon

Projects are automatically sorted by production stage sequence.
