Lump Sum Pricing
- Best for: Design-build projects, simplified proposals, fixed-price agreements
- Customer sees: Total project price only
- Use when: Detailed breakdown might confuse or isn't necessary
Full Detail Display
- Best for: Cost-plus projects, transparent pricing relationships
- Customer sees: Every line item, quantity, unit price, descriptions
- Use when: Customer wants to understand exactly what they're paying for
Summary Display (Totals Only)
- Best for: Middle ground between lump sum and full detail
- Customer sees: Category totals without individual line items
- Use when: You want to show pricing structure without overwhelming detail
