Configure the pipeline stages that projects move through in your workflow.

Overview

Project Stages are the steps that projects progress through, from initial lead to completed job. You define these stages to match your business process. There are three stage types, each representing a different phase of the project lifecycle:

  • Sale Stages - Track opportunities from lead to sold
  • Design Stages - Track the design process
  • Production Stages - Track construction/production work

Stages vs Boards

Stages and Boards are different concepts:

You configure stages once to define your workflow. Then you can create multiple boards that display projects in different ways - filtering by stage, grouping by stage, or showing projects from any stages you choose.
