Project Schedule

The Schedule tab provides a comprehensive view of all scheduled tasks, activities, and project timelines. It offers three different views to help you plan, track, and manage project work.

Overview

The project schedule helps you:

  • Plan and track project tasks with dependencies
  • Schedule activities and appointments
  • Visualize project timelines
  • Assign team members and subcontractors
  • Monitor progress across all project work

Accessing the Schedule

From a project:

  1. Click Schedule in the project navigation
  2. Select your preferred view using the view toggle

Three Schedule Views

The schedule offers three complementary views, each optimized for different tasks:

Key Features

  • Multiple Views: Switch between Activities, Calendar, and Gantt views
  • Task Dependencies: Define relationships between tasks (Finish-to-Start, etc.)
  • Drag-and-Drop: Reschedule tasks by dragging in the Gantt chart
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor completion percentage on tasks
  • Team Assignment: Assign owners and subcontractors to tasks
  • Activity Management: Create and track appointments and meetings
  • Calendar Sync: Sync activities to Google Calendar or Outlook
  • PDF Export: Generate printable schedules
  • Client Portal: Share schedules with customers

Understanding the difference:
