Activity Categories

Group activities into categories for organization and reporting.

Overview

Activity Categories allow you to group similar activities together. Categories help with filtering, reporting, and understanding how your team spends their time.

Accessing This Setting

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar > Activity Categories

Configuration Options

Creating Categories

  • Category Name - Name of the category
  • Color - Color coding for visual identification
  • Description - Optional description
  • Active Status - Enable or disable categories

  • Sales Activities
  • Production Activities
  • Administrative
  • Customer Service
  • Marketing

Using Activity Categories

Categories are used for:

  • Filtering activities on the calendar
  • Running activity reports by category
  • Understanding team time allocation
