Activity Status

Required Permission
Company Setup - You must have the Company Setup permission to access this setting.

Define status options for tracking activity progress.

Overview

Activity Status options track the completion state of activities. This helps teams understand what's pending, in progress, or completed.

Accessing This Setting

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar > Activity Status

Configuration Options

Creating Status Options

  • Status Name - Name of the status
  • Color - Color coding for visual identification
  • Type - Open, In Progress, or Completed
  • Order - Display order in dropdowns
  • Active Status - Enable or disable

Default Status Options

  • Scheduled
  • In Progress
  • Completed
  • Cancelled
  • Rescheduled

Using Activity Status

Status is used for:

  • Tracking activity completion
  • Filtering calendar views
  • Running completion reports
  • Managing to-do lists
