Readybuild provides comprehensive reporting capabilities to help you analyze sales performance, monitor production progress, and track financial health across your organization.
Accessing Reports
- Click Reports in the main navigation sidebar
- Select the report category (Activities, Design, General, Marketing, Production, or Sales)
- Choose the specific report you need
- Apply filters and date ranges as needed
- View results or export data

Exporting Data

- CSV - Spreadsheet-compatible format for data analysis
Most reports include an Export CSV button in the top-right corner.
Sorting
Click on column headers to sort report data:
- Click once for ascending order
- Click again for descending order
- Multi-column sorting available on some reports
Report Permissions
Access to reports may be controlled by user permissions:
- View Project Costs - Required for financial reports like WIP Report
- Marketing Permission - Required for marketing-related reports
- View All Commission - Required for commission reports
